In Sweden it is quite common to shop second hand, but you should definitely explore the spirit of Sweden in the world-wide-known IKEA.
As part of the Orientation Week for new international students we organize a tour to IKEA.
The buses depart from the parking area south of Södra huset at11:00 and 12:00 and return to the university from IKEA at 14:00 and 15:00 accordingly. (that means, if you get to IKEA with the later buss you get back with the second one as well)
If you get hungry, there is a restaurant at IKEA with food at decent prices.
The buses will leave at first come first served basis so don't be late!
Please be sure to RSVP to this event as soon as possible so we can book enough busses for the group.
