Food waste week SU

Do you know how much FOOD we WASTE in Sweden? And at SU? Symbios has declared war on this serious contemporary problem and we are trying to measure this problem at our campus to collectively come up with solutions. Did you know that more food is wasted in the world than hungry people could ever eat? Do you know how expensive the leftovers you just threw away are for the planet? We have a lot more information and ideas to share with you about this during a whole week.
